School Day

The school hours are 8.45am - 3.15pm, however we offer a daily breakfast club from 8am and daily after school care until 5.30pm (before and after school sessions must be booked in). Children can be dropped-off in the playground from 8.40am and should be collected at 3:15pm.  

Children may only be collected by their parent/guardian unless their class teacher or Mrs Laura Davis (office) has been informed otherwise. If your child arrives late (Past 9am) or has to be collected before our official home time, please visit the school office to sign them in or out.

No child is allowed out of the playground until the collecting adult has received them. Any children unaccompanied before 8.40am will be sent to Breakfast Club and a charge added to the account.

Breakfast Club: 8.00am - 8.40am (to be booked) 

Morning Session: 8.45am – 10.30am

Morning Break: 10.15-10.30 am

Mid Morning Session - 10.30am - 12.00noon

Lunch - 12.00noon - 1.00pm

Afternoon Session: 1.00pm – 3.15pm

Mid Afternoon break for Key Stage 1 - 2.15pm-2.30pm

End of Day: 3.15pm

After School Care: 3.15 - 5.30 (to be booked)

Acts of Worship are held on Monday and Tuesday 2.45pm-3.05pm for the whole school and on Wednesday afternoon within each individual class.   Thursdays are a highlight of the week when our Spread the Word team take our collective worship session in the morning.

Our Celebration Assemblies are held every other Friday between 9.00am and 9.30am in the Village Hall.  All parents and friends are warmly invited to attend as this is the time when we gather as a community to celebrate all the achievements and successes of the week. On the alternate Friday, we will celebrate achievements and successes within a whole school assembly.
